Purpose of the role

Working closely with the Head of CRM and our CRM users across 8 business divisions, you will ensure Overbury and Morgan Lovells’ CRM system is used effectively to support the generation of new business.  Alongside training and coaching of end users, you will help to drive and support user adoption and the continued development of the CRM system in line with business needs.

Your client-facing skills will play a major part of this role, as communication with users within the business is key to understanding business requirements and turning them into solutions with the assistance of our internal IT development team and third-party consultants.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with the management and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Front line support for user queries
  • Carry out end user training, coaching and workshops in classroom style or 1-1 basis, including new starter training and use of CRM as a strategic tool
  • Schedule, plan and lead on requirements gathering for CRM innovations, new technologies and customisations
  • Manage system upgrades and customisations, including system testing and preparing guidance notes
  • Work with the 8 business divisions on report requirements
  • Liaise with D365 development teams both internal and external throughout projects and changes
  • Support marketing requests using D365 marketing tools
  • Manage end user processes for new starters and leavers
  • Ensure the right data is being captured to support the firm’s business development and growth strategy
  • Working knowledge of Data Protection legislation and GDPR and how those laws fit with the management of data, marketing campaigns, process management and user communication and support
  • Data management using searching and duplicate management tools

 

Applicant Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of data analysis reporting tools, such as PowerBI
  • Knowledge of CRM marketing tools such as D365 for Marketing or Click Dimensions
  • A team player with a helpful “can do” attitude
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to create confidence within others
  • High attention to detail, organised, with a calm manner
  • Self-starter who takes initiative
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
