Purpose of the role

This role is maternity cover working within the Retails Banking Team, managing the information and programme of a national roll out.

Experience working on a framework is essential as this role will be managing the client, end user, framework partner and contractor deadlines for multiple tranches of work.  

The framework contractors are KPI’d and have strict targets and reporting deadlines.

Key responsibilities

Liaise between the various internal teams to manage programme and information flow:

  • Information Managers
  • Site Management teams
  • Commercial Managers
  • Finance
  • Health Safety & Wellbeing
  • Environmental

Managing and reporting on the clients “Project Success Criteria”

  • Process & Assurance
  • Commercial
  • RFT & KPI
  • Collaboration
