We are currently seeking to appoint a Senior Site Manager to supplement our existing New Build operations team to cover the East Midlands.
The successful applicant will report directly to the Project/Build Manager and will assume overall responsibility for a major New Build development within our area of operations.
The role requires the development of positive working relationships with both internal/external
customers I Clients, with strong emphasis placed on ensuring that Service Delivery, "Best in Class"
and Client satisfaction against project specific KPl's is achieved.
The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience of managing
quality, budgets, people and all targets set. A sound working knowledge of current Building
Regulations, NHBC Standards; Health, Safety and Environmental legislation is essential.
We are looking for an assertive and confident individual who is proactive, flexible and able to take ownership for their work, combined with the ability to develop strong management and communication skills.
A full driving licence is essential to the role.
