We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our mechanical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical systems, including but not limited to machinery, HVAC systems, pumps, compressors, and conveyors.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Develop and execute maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend improvements for the overall mechanical infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operators, technicians, and management, to coordinate maintenance activities and optimize productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment history.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in mechanical maintenance techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Hands-on experience with maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
