We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join the team on our new development in Weymouth.
As the Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality residential development which consists of 500 units with a mixture of timber frame houses and traditionally constructed apartments.
You will be expected to lead the delivery team from the site-based project office and manage all site operations to ensure that the project is delivered on programme and within budget.
As the successful candidate you will be required to provide evidence of your ability to work independently with minimal supervision, yet have the skills to fit in as part of an integrated site team. You will also need to be comfortable dealing directly with clients and sub-contractors, be commercially aware and have an eye for quality management.
You are required to hold a valid CSCS Managers card, SMSTS and first aid qualification as a minimum.
