Role: Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide a commercial/project team in all project-related commercial actions and tasks.
- Foster effective communication across the commercial team to ensure seamless project operations.
- Take charge of subcontract management for the projects, providing expert oversight.
- Execute daily commercial administration and associated duties efficiently.
- Ensure the management of project commercial documentation to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
Accountabilities:
- Assure accurate and timely communication and reporting of data to all stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and address existing or potential issues, working closely with the Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- Uphold compliance with approved processes, procedures, and project executive plans.
- Play a pivotal role in advancing the functional quality and performance of Quantity Surveying through proactive contributions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Extensive prior experience within a project commercial team, showcasing a strong track record.
- Profound knowledge and experience in managing subcontracts.
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in a related subject or equivalent experience.
- Chartered member of a recognized organization (RICS or CIOB) would be advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of commercial aspects pertaining to civil and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in working with a Contract Management System (CEMAR or similar).
- Possession of (or eligibility for) UK Nuclear industry clearance is essential.
