About the project
Working on behalf of our customer National Grid, the ‘Dinorwig to Pentir’ project is a large engineering infrastructure design and build upgrade of the 400kv underground electrical system.
What will you be doing
As a level 3 Business Administration Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Filing site daily documentation (Briefing sheets, permits, induction records etc).
- Create electronic files and uploading site documentation
- Procuring office stationery
- Set up meetings, book meeting rooms for office staff, sub-contractors, and clients
- Updating and maintaining training matrix
- Updating and maintaining notice boards
What qualifications do I require:
- No specific qualifications required
- Due to the location, the ability to drive is desirable
What essential skills to I require:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
