A bit about what you’d be doing

  • Process and review invoices, making sure company policies and procedures are followed
  • Maintain the suppliers records, including all contact information and payment details
  • Prepare payments to suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate payment
  • Reconcile statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Preparing and analysing ad hoc reports to help add insight for the business
  • Communicate with members of the finance department and the wider business

Applications welcome from candidates with the following skills and experiences

(we would be prepared to support the right candidate though a professional accounting qualification)

  • Previous experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (COINS is preferred but not essential)
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
