A bit about what you’d be doing

In conjunction with the project team develop and produce a project specific social value plan at the commencement of the project linked to KPI’s if requested by the client

Produce a final Social Value report for all projects, utilising embedded data produced on every project and report internally and externally as required

Support the project in the collection and coordination of data in the delivery of ESG related objectives and report internally and externally as required

Engage and encourage the project team and supply chain to support with social value initiatives

Maintain network of external stakeholders (clients) and community partners (schools/charities) including training providers (supply chain sustainability school i.e., scss) to build long-lasting relationships.

Work with the internal marketing team to promote social value activity

Produce site marketing material / information newsletters to communicate activities with the business and externally

Help to support work opportunities and school engagement activities by communicating with the Early Careers Manger

Organise and coordinate events to charitable / educational organisations on site to support the delivery of the Social Value objectives

Regularly meet with the Head of Social Value & Enterprise provide updates from Overbury Core team

Record all Social Value / well-being activities and initiatives for the Overbury Core team

Attend Tender interviews where needed
