Resource Database Coordinator
Location: West Cumbria
Position Summary
The People & Social Impact team are looking to recruit a Resource Database Coordinator to support the existing Resource Coordinator. Experienced in using MS SharePoint you will be responsible for the data integrity of all resourcing records across both Programme and Projects, undertaking data interrogation, and entry whilst ensuring contractual compliance. We are seeking a confident and proactive individual with a ‘can do’ attitude that is a good fit for our existing team. A process driven problem solver, you will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining exceptional attention to detail whilst providing comprehensive administration support to the wider People & Social Impact team. Success in this role relies on a proven ability in the following areas:
- Experienced in MS SharePoint.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
- Confident in managing agreed processes and procedures, ensuring all are adhered to.
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team as well as unsupervised.
Key Responsibilities
- To manage the central resourcing shared mailbox, actioning requests and dealing with queries.
- Responsible for the data entry and integrity of all Programme and Project resourcing data and online approvals via SharePoint and Nintex workflows.
- Maintain existing SharePoint lists/class libraries.
- Attending regular Programme and Project resource meetings, maintaining the database as the ‘one source of truth’.
- Ensuring the agreed resourcing process is adhered to and the correct online approvals are in place for contractual compliance.
- Working with the Reporting team to provide periodic data for the Performance Management dashboard.
- Working with the Commercial team to provide staff approval updates as required.
- Effective administrative support to the People & Social Impact team.
- Additional ad hoc duties as required that fall under your capability.
To thrive in the role you will have:
- Sellafield security clearance.
- Previous experience of working on a Project and understanding the demands of a challenging environment.
- Self-starter with a solutions focused attitude and the ability to use initiative
- Ability to critically assess tasks, decisions and processes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Additional software – MS Visio.
