These roles will play a vital role on recruitment activity for PPP.

The Programme and Project Partners (PPP) at Sellafield brings together KBR, Jacobs, Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, Altrad Babcock, Sellafield Ltd as the client, and a wider supply chain to deliver a 20-year pipeline of major infrastructure projects.

The role of the PPP is to help to deliver a programme of nationally significant major infrastructure projects to the Sellafield site as quickly and safely as possible, creating new facilities that allow Sellafield to treat, manage and store waste safely for decades to come.

Together, we are helping Sellafield to create a clean and safe environment for future generations.

What Will You Do?

  • Lead Recruitment Campaigns: Spearhead engaging and creative campaigns that not only attract but resonate with top talent.
  • Strategic Partnership: Become the go-to partner for hiring managers, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored resourcing solutions.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Utilise a mix of traditional and ground-breaking methods to discover and engage with the best candidates out there.
  • Candidate Experience Champion: Ensure every candidate feels valued through a proactive and professional recruitment process.
  • System Governance : Understand our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance.
  • Brand Ambassador: Promote Morgan Sindall as the employer of choice, elevating our presence across all recruitment platforms.
  • Continuous Improvement: Embed best practices across the business, guiding teams on optimizing their recruitment activities.
  • D&I Experience of Talent Acquisition strategies with a D&I lens and best practice applied.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the construction and engineering or a heavily regulated sector.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A talent for juggling multiple tasks and building robust relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A flair for creativity and innovation in talent acquisition.
  • The flexibility to manage a high-volume workload and travel as needed.
  • Previous experience of a client or project facing recruitment role.
  • Knowledge of Best Practice, legislation and current methodologies.
