A bit about what you’d be doing

  • Lead bid production and written content and design of bids and other business-related proposals
  • Collating all relevant information for the tender document from the team members and subsequent reformatting
  • Design and creation of bespoke tender submissions and interview/pitch documents
  • Collaborate with the pre-construction and construction team and write content for tender submission whilst pulling out key messaging
  • Liaison between marketing/pre-construction and construction teams
  • Working closely with Contracts Managers to define win strategies and win themes for bids
  • Research the client and understand their brand/values and what’s important to them and inject this into the tender submission.
  • Set bid deliverables and facilitate win rooms and mid tender meetings
  • Push boundaries and embrace new ways to create a winning bid document
  • Liaise with multimedia team and storyboard video content
  • Ensure the look and feel of every bid reflects the quality of our offer and brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the content, quality, and compliance of the bid
  • Ensuring timely completion of required information and production of tender submission documents
  • Understand the bid submission process
  • Identify the bid differentiators
  • Ensure all pre-construction information is handed over to the delivery team

Key Skills

  • Fluent in the use of leading planning document design software
  • Adobe InDesign and other design software is desirable
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
