About the summer placement with Morgan Sindall Infrastructure:


The summer placement will give you a valuable insight into the work we do; you’ll be part of the team where you can support our day-to-day operations.  You will have a dedicated line manager who will work with you to ensure you get the best from the placement.

A summer placement is an exciting opportunity to find out what a career in Pre-Contract could entail and to give you hands on working experience in the industry. Some aspects will be:

·       To be able to take a simple brief and act on it

·       Provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner

  • Work as part of a team
  • Share your views and communicate with colleagues
  • Provide general support to and works as part of a team

You’ll gain valuable experience by working on real projects and alongside experienced professionals.

About the project:

A short-term requirement for a Pre-Contract Co-Ordinator to work in our Rugby Head office to provide a functional support role within the Pre-Contract department.




You should have the ability to manage a given list of tasks, work well either alone or as part of a team and know when to ask for help and guidance.


What will you
be doing?


·       Support the production of pre-qualification and tender documents ensuring submission deadlines are successfully achieved and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete

·       Support the creation of business winning documentation that ensures completed proposals meet the bid specifications and guarantees the best possible chance of securing a bid.

·       Support the ongoing development of a knowledge library to support work winning activities
