We have a fantastic opportunity within our Rail business for an ambitious and talented and experienced PA.

The PA will provide a flexible, confidential, and efficient service to the Managing Director & Commercial Director, and support to the senior team by undertaking a wide range of complex tasks and responsibilities. The PA will be adept at preparing documentation for presentation, taking informed minutes and actions and have experience in a range of stakeholder engagement. Providing integral secretarial and administrative duties inclusive of diary management and travel arrangements, the PA will be organised and able to work to required timescales.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Expert user in Microsoft packages
  • Take a proactive approach to ensure that the senior team are fully prepared and briefed for all engagements, both internal and external
  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Experience of successfully working with senior management
  • Experience in a highly pressurised environment requiring tact, judgment and discretion in handling internal and external contacts
  • Demonstrable experience in an administration/executive assistant/PA role is essential
