A bit about what you’d be doing

Offering a 360-degree administrative service to the site team.

Completing all Project PLUS (Internal system training given) set up steps.

Administering all the prestart documentation.

Supporting the site set up including job numbers with key suppliers.

Helping to arrange site meetings and make sure everything is in order for visits.

Maintaining and recording all inductions.

Allocating all waste codes and uploading all information to internal management.

Managing and supporting the printing of any drawings.

Event and function planning.

Making sure the latest versions of drawings have been uploaded to the internal management system and distributing the relevant information to the right people.

Make sure that the site office and all site documentation is being managed efficiently; ensure the site office is clean and tidy.

Support the chasing of subcontractor returns for O&Ms.

About you

We are looking for someone with exceptional and relevant experience, keen, helpful, curious, with an eye for detail, someone who thrives on engaging with people.  We are open and willing to explore new ideas, especially if they enhance our approach so if you feel confident in identifying opportunities and communicating them to a wider audience this might be the role you’ve been holding out for.
