Job Title: Senior Administrator - Quality Support 

Location: Sellafield site or Warrington depending on candidate preference.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Administrator - Quality Support professional to join our team. This role is essential in enabling our department to meet its business objectives and support the accurate recording and collation of business information. You will play a crucial role in assessing the effectiveness and implementation of the local quality management system.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Maintain a Notice of Inspection Tracker to support our Quality Control Team and coordinate inspection support with project and client personnel.
  • Keep a document tracker to ensure Quality Control documentation is recorded and organized systematically.
  • Manage the project quality control inbox, ensuring communications are directed to the assigned QC Engineer.
  • Collate, monitor, and trend quality performance data, identifying common themes and learning opportunities.
  • Compile key quality performance indicators (KPIs) reports and dashboards that meet customer requirements for onward reporting to the Executive.
  • Support the effective and accurate update and maintenance of information and local management systems, and assist in audit and surveillance programs to ensure management system effectiveness.
  • Implement quality-related processes, conduct reviews to identify gaps/improvements, and ensure timely delivery of associated actions.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in managing quality information and records where necessary.
  • Support investigations into quality-related concerns and events.
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers on relevant processes and local procedures.
  • Participate in and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • General Quality Assurance and Control administrative activities
  • Able to travel between office at Sellafield Site and Warrington regularly.

Authorities & Dimensions:

  • Deliver a professional service to agreed standards.
  • Complete designated work packages meeting safety, cost, time, and quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of improvements.
  • Comply with all legislative, regulatory, and company procedures and standards.
  • Ensure accurate time booking in accordance with guidelines.
  • Non-supervisory role.

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient IT skills, especially in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to collate and manipulate data.
  • Analytical skills to identify common themes and learning opportunities.
  • Working knowledge of the Sellafield Ltd Management System.
  • Familiarity with ATLAS/Assurance Module/QlikView.
  • Self-motivated with evidence of drive, energy, and resilience.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of the Performance Improvement process.
  • Experience in compiling dashboards/KPI reports and providing accurate commentary on performance.
  • Ability to support and work with senior management personnel.
