Opportunity:                  

Under the direction of the Water Director, this level director will run a major Design & Build Water framework for the company (c£50m to £70m/annum). This is largely an operational role responsible for the safe, sustainable, efficient and profitable delivery of a large and significant income stream or strategically important customer or sector. The Framework Director will successfully build a relationship with the customer and/or representatives in order to develop an appropriate work load and to ensure all projects on the framework are delivered to the customer satisfaction and in accordance with Morgan Sindall Perfect Delivery standards.

This role would suit an ambitious, driven individual who embraces the challenge of working within a high performing and supportive team. Experience within the civil engineering industry is essential for this role, ideally coming from a main contractor background.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Degree or HNC/HND in Civil/MEICA engineering (or equivalent)
  • Water Sector experience preferable
  • Proven track record in delivering a framework of multi-disciplined projects
