With significant growth in the Project Management team, we are looking to hire a Lead CQV Engineer, responsible for managing a small team of CQV engineers and the delivery of CQV services, as part of the framework agreement at one of BakerHicks' key clients in the Life Science sector.

BakerHicks are the EPCm contractor delivering this portfolio of small and medium size projects on the site, with this role being responsible for all the CQV stages of the projects from initiation to handover, to the clients team at the completion of OQ.

Based onsite in Barnard Castle, the successful candidate will need to reside local to this area.

 

Key Objectives

  • Deliver CQV Services on time and on budget.
  • Support, train, mentor, and provide guidance to commissioning and validation specialists/engineers in the delivery of CQV services.
  • Develop systems, procedures and process’ to ensure consistency of delivery of services.

 

About You

  • Relevant Degree
  • Demonstrable experience delivering or managing the delivery of the CQV services in the Life Science industry
  • Experience of Secondary Pharmaceutical Manufacturing is preferred, ideally with knowledge of Kneat.
