Our graduate programme:

Our structured Graduate Programme provides you with opportunities for both personal development and technical training to support your well-rounded development. As part of the team from day one, you’ll gain the practical experience and responsibility needed to become a first-class Environmental practitioner whilst enhancing your individual personal development during your early career.

In short, our Graduate Programme offers;
•    Comprehensive Development
•    Practical Exposure
•    Individual Focus
•    Professional Recognition

You’ll also be offered a professional scheme mentor, to help you expand graduate membership of your specific chartered body.

We have a talented community of early in career individuals currently in the business who offer an abundance of networking opportunities, and plenty of experienced colleagues who will support you every step of the way.

You’ll join our Nuclear Business Unit where we take immense pride in delivering world-class, mission critical projects on behalf of our clients in the civil nuclear and defence sectors.
Our capability runs through every phase of a nuclear project, from scoping and feasibility, design, build and programme management, installation and maintenance, to replacement, commissioning, and decommissioning of sites.

The Nuclear Business Unit’s continued growth and success is down to the drive, ambition and creativity of our people. That’s why we’re committed to supporting you every step of the way.
We believe coming to work should be fun and enable you to be your best self.

What will you be doing?

Your journey begins on the front line, where theory meets practice. You will be strategically placed at one of our project sites working alongside qualified professionals in your field. You will play a vital role in supporting our project teams to help improve the environment not just by minimizing the impacts of our operations but also by delivering sustainable infrastructure and buildings.

You will lead by example ensuring that every aspect of our projects adheres to the highest Environmental standards.

As your expertise starts to develop, you will gather, analyse and present data to support the identification of trends and opportunities to improve.  Your involvement won’t stop there.  You will actively contribute to the delivery of projects, becoming an integral part of our success story.

This isn’t just a job; it is hands-on education, an opportunity to thrive and a chance to make a difference.
