Business Improvement Co-Ordinator, Overbury

- Applications must hold 5 GCSEs A-C including Maths and English or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above)

Opportunities:
We are looking for a Business Improvement Coordinator, who is wanting to move into an apprenticeship position. The role will report to the Head of Business Improvement and would be responsible for supporting our London and regional teams.
This would include:
Information Management Systems:
- Learn our ‘Plus suite’ of management systems and assist with their ongoing development, whilst providing first line support.
- Co-ordinate ‘Systems Training days’ for new and existing employees
- Co-ordinate client and subcontractor presentations
- Monitor and issue reports within each team to facilitate continual improvement
- Support with systems testing of new development
- Update ‘Run Script’ guidance documents for all our management systems
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Learn our D365 CRM systems and assist with its on-going development.
- Co-ordinate ‘CRM training’ for new and existing CRM Users
- Setup, amend and delete CRM user accounts as requested by the Head of CRM
- Provide first line support for all CRM users.
- Assist the CRM team with testing of new CRM enhancements
- Co-ordinate and assist with internal CRM audits to maintain ‘quality data’
Quality Management:
- Co-ordinate the internal audit programme and arrange site visits
- Monitor and update the quality standard forums and update as required
- Assist with Constructionline, Achilles and Aveta on-line certification requirements
- Help with the preparation and delivery of BSI quality audit programme.
This role will be part of our Foundation Programme (early careers programme).

The Foundation Programme provides a rounded perspective of our business via additional training and mentoring. It is important to get to know us, our people and how we work.
The programme is driven by a structured training curriculum designed to develop business, technical and behavioural skills. The training sessions give a deeper understanding of how we operate as a business. Additionally, you gain responsibility as part of the team, build your network whilst receiving the necessary developmental support.
Upon completion of the Foundation Programme, you will go on to develop and grow your career with us – the development and progression opportunities do not start or end with the programme.
What can I expect?
Successful candidates will be enrolled on a Level 3 Business Administration course for 2 years. This is funded by the company at no expense to yourself.
You will have a dedicated mentor who will share their knowledge and experiences whilst having reviews with the Early Careers Manager and your mentor every 6 months for the duration of the programme.
