As a member of our IT Shared Service, you will be friendly and professional and have the ability to troubleshoot complex user issues and feedback on your learnings to the wider team.
In order to be successful, you will need experience in supporting, configuring, and deploying Microsoft Windows 10 desktop and laptop environments.
