What is the role?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead EPCM projects across various clients and sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the full project life-cycle from basic design to commissioning & turn-over, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. • Implement effective project controls to track project performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, both internally and externally.
  • Foster strong relationships with End-Users, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives and expectations.
  • Proactively address stakeholder concerns, resolve conflicts, and facilitate effective communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Implement robust quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate project deliverables, ensuring adherence to specified quality standards.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies and quality assurance teams to facilitate inspections, audits, and documentation reviews as necessary.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives in a matrix environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure while balancing competing priorities.
