- Operate and train on plant and machinery (e.g. HIABs, tractors, winches)
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Uphold health & safety standards at all times
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members
- Work in substations under relevant client authorisation (e.g. NSI 6 and 8 to Person level)
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in overhead line construction and maintenance
- LE3-level competence with additional LE2 skills and responsibilities
- Knowledge of abrasive wheels and plant operations
- Understanding of technical drawings and safe working practices
- Strong commitment to safety, professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork
- Respect for environmental responsibilities and organisational values
- Willingness to support DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives and CPD (Continuous Professional Development)
