Administrator
Location: Swynnerton (Office Based)

We are seeking an organised, approachable and collaborative administrator to join our in-house plant and transport team, Magnor Plant. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for all administrative activities, proactively and efficiently enabling our team to deliver a customer focused service to all our stakeholders.
What you will be responsible for:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of general office administration including maintaining administrative systems
- Provide administrative supervision to all office staff including booking flights, train tickets and hotel rooms and anything else that may be required
- On / off hires using COINS database, ordering necessary consumables, monitoring stock and utilisation levels.
- Up- keep of asset records and documentation.
- Dealing with Invoice and customer disputes.
- Raise purchase orders and record delivery notes using COINS database
- Liaise with Purchase Ledger Team and suppliers regarding invoice queries
- Interact with colleagues, customers and visitors, maintaining a polite and helpful approach with all
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
- File and retrieve company documents, records and reports and ensure all filing up to date and well-managed
- Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, memos, SHEQ documentation letters and financial statements using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office
- May conduct research, compile data and prepare papers for consideration and presentation to the management team
- Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences
- Collect and maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies
- Support staff in assigned projectâbased work
Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE level
- Microsoft office experience in the areas Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- COINs experience desirable but not essential

About Magnor Plant
Magnor Plant is Morgan Sindall Infrastructure’s in-house plant and transport business. Although we primarily support the Morgan Sindall Infrastructure division of Morgan Sindall Group, we also support other divisions within the Group, and the data gathered within this role will contribute to our Morgan Sindall Group Reporting requirements.
