Key responsibilities
- Liaise and support MSFITOUT teams with booking Customer Feedback Questionnaires (CEQ)
- Send out and manage calendar invites to clients and consultants
- Create CEQ forms ready for the interview
- Input data into the CEQ Portal and Excel spreadsheets ensuring all data is accurate and correct and formulas are maintained
- Carry out end of month reporting tasks
- Complete any ad-hoc requests and reports from the business
- A positive and professional representation of the business with our clients and consultants

- Microsoft office proficient
