OVERBURY are looking for a Client Focus Coordinator Contract Position – 8-9-month contract

London – West End

Key responsibilities

  • Liaise and support MSFITOUT teams with booking Customer Feedback Questionnaires (CEQ)
  • Send out and manage calendar invites to clients and consultants
  • Create CEQ forms ready for the interview
  • Input data into the CEQ Portal and Excel spreadsheets ensuring all data is accurate and correct and formulas are maintained
  • Carry out end of month reporting tasks
  • Complete any ad-hoc requests and reports from the business
  • A positive and professional representation of the business with our clients and consultants
