  • Develop “core” apprenticeship programmes that offer high-quality, scalable solutions
  • Support local teams in designing bespoke apprenticeship pathways where required
  • Ensure all prerequisites for success are in place before launch of new programmes

Training Provider & Funding Management

  • Implement a robust process for provider selection, contract management and performance oversight
  • Consolidate and strengthen relationships with strategic training providers
  • Act as a super-user for MSI’s levy account, advising on funding rules across England, Scotland and Wales
  • Provide second-line support for provider and contract queries

Data, Reporting & Governance

  • Work with People Admin to develop accurate reporting and dashboards
  • Monitor performance and progression at apprentice and cohort level
  • Use data to drive early interventions and continuous improvement
  • Support governance forums with insight and recommendations

Social Value Alignment

  • Lead collaboration between Early Careers, Social Value, and Work Winning team
  • Ensure local projects’ Social Values commitments align with apprenticeship and talent pipeline opportunities
