Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative People Business Partner who is passionate about enabling great employee experiences and supporting leaders through effective people management.
You’ll bring strong generalist HR knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and the confidence to partner with managers across a busy, fast-paced environments. If you enjoy combining hands-on delivery with meaningful influence and you want to grow your impact in a values-driven approach, then this role is for you.
The Opportunity
Reporting, initially, to the People Director and working as a trusted partner to leaders within our functional teams, you will support the delivery of high-quality people services and help ensure our people activities land effectively and consistently.
You’ll play a key role in supporting teams across the full employee lifecycle, guiding managers, embedding good practice, and helping shape a positive and inclusive culture. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across the wider People function to deliver divisional projects, policy updates, and continuous improvement activity.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong, trusted relationships with managers, offering clear, practical people advice
- Support delivery of core people processes including onboarding, employee relations, performance, talent and development
- Provide guidance on policies, employment legislation, and best practice
- Partner with leaders to improve capability, engagement, and wellbeing within their teams
- Support change initiatives, workforce planning activity, and organisational development projects
- Use data and insight to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve employee experience
- Collaborate with People Divisional Team to support the implement of people solutions in a consistent manner
- Contribute to culture-building activity including engagement, inclusion, and recognition initiatives
- Offer support to our Business Units in People related matters
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a People Partner role
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR good practice
- Ability to coach and support managers with confidence and clarity
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insight into action
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or working toward Level 7) or equivalent experience
- A collaborative, curious, solutions-focused approach
