We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Construction Manager to join our team on the CP7 Western Structures framework, supporting the delivery of a range of exciting schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to further develop their skills and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
Roles and Responsibilities.
- Ensure all engineering designs, methodology, and procedures comply with safety regulations, technical specifications, and industry standards.
- Review and approval of design and construction plans.
- Verify correct application of engineering principles throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify manage technical risks.
- Implement mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity.
- Consult with CEM, engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions.
- Function as the technical authority for the contractor on engineering matters.
- Oversee engineering activities on-site.
- Monitor compliance with approved designs and specifications during construction.
- Maintain records of engineering decisions and approvals.
- Ensure traceability and compliance for audits and regulatory checks.
