We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Senior Administration Manager to join our team on the Labour Desk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to further develop their skills and take on increasing levels of responsibility.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee governance management and ensure adherence to organisational standards.
  • Administer reporting processes and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Monitor compliance and collect relevant data for audits and reviews.
  • Fulfil KPI reporting requirements and provide timely updates.
  • Manage VMS technology and lead projects for system implementation.
  • Oversee purchase order and requisition processes across all business units.
  • Produce and maintain management information (MI) reporting for all business units.
  • Organise and manage the labour requisition process, including assignment of purchase orders.
  • Review and reformat service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual agreements as needed.
  • Coordinate internal communications, including updates on new legislation and organisational policies.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven experience in responding to dynamic and changing business needs.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain basic supplier relationships.
  • Skilled in internal communication across business units.
  • Experience in managing relationships with agency suppliers and account managers.
  • Familiarity with labour desk frameworks (highly desirable).
