Are you ready to take the lead in shaping high-quality civil and structural designs? At BakerHicks, we’re looking for a Senior Technician who thrives on precision, collaboration, and innovation.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the quality and completeness of all drawn information for your projects.
  • Lead and mentor a team of CAD technicians and apprentices.
  • Drive BIM adoption and CAD process improvements.
  • Deliver accurate, detailed drawings and ensure compliance with UK standards.

What we’re looking for:

  • HNC/HND in Civil Engineering (ICE accredited).
  • EngTech MICE / TIStructE or working towards it.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD (Microstation and CADS RC a bonus).
  • Strong knowledge of UK technical standards, CDM regulations, and BIM.
  • Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
