Opportunity:
We are looking for a Trainee Business Development Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team to support our work winning strategy.
The successful candidate will have the ability to build meaningful professional relationships through excellent communication using a proactive approach.
Responsibilities include;
- Updating customer relationship management (CRM)
- Support with industry networking events
- Attend site visits as required
- Support with market reporting
- Assist with assessing and qualifying leads
- Support client outreach calls
This role will be part of our Foundation Programme (early careers programme).
Our Foundation Programme
The Foundation Programme provides a rounded perspective of our business via additional training and mentoring over 3 years. It is important to get to know us, our people and how we work.
The programme is driven by a structured training curriculum designed to develop business, technical and behavioural skills. The training sessions give a deeper understanding of how we operate as a business. Additionally, you gain responsibility as part of the team and build your network whilst receiving the necessary developmental support.
Upon completion of the Foundation Programme, you will go on to develop and grow your career with us – the development and progression opportunities do not start or end with the programme.
What can I expect?
You will have a dedicated mentor who will share their knowledge and experiences whilst having reviews with the Early Careers Manager and your mentor every 6 months for the duration of the programme.
