Your Impact:
As Divisional Engineering Director reporting into the Morgan Sindall Infrastructure Managing Director, you will be a key member of the Infrastructure Management Team, shaping the strategic direction of engineering across the division. Leading a team of engineering experts, you will drive technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement ensuring that our engineering solutions set industry benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For:
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) with extensive experience in engineering leadership at a divisional or enterprise level.
- Proven track record of shaping and executing engineering strategy, technical governance, and innovation.
- Deep technical knowledge of engineering, planning, risk, and digital transformation.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive and board level.
- Strong commercial acumen, ensuring engineering solutions align with business and financial objectives.
