Administrator (Penrhos & Bodelwyddan)
Site-based role across Penrhos (3 days per week) and Bodelwyddan (2 days per week) Based initially at Penrhos, with regular travel required across North Wales and North West sites
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide comprehensive administrative
and operational support across two live construction projects at Penrhos and Bodelwyddan.
This is a five-day, fully site-based role requiring a proactive, organised individual who is
comfortable supporting multiple teams, managing competing priorities and working
independently in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day business and administrative support to the project teams across both
sites
• Act as the first point of contact for the site office, managing calls, emails and visitors
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track actions
• Maintain accurate project records, filing systems and document control in line with
company procedures
• Support with reporting, data collation and general project administration
• Assist with onboarding of new starters, inductions and site compliance documentation
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth project delivery
• Coordinate travel and logistics as required across North Wales and North West sites
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support as the needs of the projects evolve
Working Pattern & Travel
• 5 days per week on site
• Regular travel between project sites is essential
Skills & Experience
Essential:
• Proven experience in a Business Support, Administrative or Project Support role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a site-based environment
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable:
• Previous experience working within construction, infrastructure or project-led
environments
• Experience supporting multiple sites or teams simultaneously

• Flexible and adaptable to changing project demands
• Professional, approachable and confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels
• Comfortable working on site and as part of a wider project team
