Talented people are the key to our success

About us:

We are a connected community of individuals each with varied skills, diverse backgrounds, and personal ambitions, who are driven by our combined purpose to connect people, places and communities through innovative and responsible infrastructure.

Our people feel proud to work for Morgan Sindall Infrastructure because they know they will be recognised and have a voice; that their ideas and innovations will be embraced and encouraged. They are involved, respected, listened to, and know that each one of them plays a key role in helping to continually drive our business forward.

Our opportunities are varied and diverse: whether you’re looking to work inside, outside, up high, or below ground. We have a mix of roles where you can work from home, from sites or from offices.

What our colleagues all have in common is that we’re working together to develop some of the UK’s most complex and critical infrastructure across six core sectors including energy, water, nuclear, aviation, highways and rail.

Opportunity:

We have some fantastic opportunities within our Infrastructure business for anyone who has taken a career break.

If your application is successful you will initially join our business for a six-month period, receiving mentoring and coaching to re-energise your existing skills, with a view to securing a permanent position with us at the end of this paid programme.

Over the six months, you will work in a business area that compliments your skills and competencies, and receive training to build your confidence in returning to work. You will complete projects and tasks that build on your current skill set and enhance your knowledge of the industry.

We have positions all over the UK including Rugby, London, Midlands, North East, Wales, Cumbria and many more. Our business takes an adaptable working approach, which gives our colleagues an element of flexibility on when, how and where they work, dependent on their role and customer requirements.

We are looking for people who share our passion for connecting with people and our communities: we believe in connecting people, places and communities through innovative and responsible infrastructure.

Our Re-connect programme is designed for individuals who have not been employed during the last 18 months or more, as well as for anyone whose employment was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic or chose to step away from work during this time.

Opportunities are likely to be available for people who have an interest in pursuing or returning to a career in the following business areas:

Project Management

Quantity Surveying

General Operatives

Design Managers

Design engineers

Planners

Estimators

Site Agents, Sub Agents,

Civil Engineers
